Where Local Talents Unite for Local and Global Development
Talent Eskilstuna – Framtidens Stjärnor is the scholarship programme of the African Chamber of Commerce Nordics (ACCN). It provides practice-oriented learning experiences to talented, ambitious young people who want to make a difference in their communities.
The programme includes:
- A practical work experience (internship) with a local or international organization
- A training course on a topic of their interest
- Access to a network of young professionals and dialogue with experienced mentors
- A Back Home Action Plan that Talents implement in their local community after completing the programme
Through training and exchange activities, Talents enhance their knowledge and skills, empowering them to improve living conditions in their schools and local communities.

The Talent Eskilstuna – Framtidens Stjärnor programme offers a unique learning experience for the next generation of local leaders, helping them drive positive change in their communities.
