Nada Al Awad serves as a Health Advisor for the African Chamber of Commerce Nordics (ACCN).
A licensed biomedical analyst at Karolinska University Hospital, in Sweden , Nada combines clinical expertise with deep commitment to community health.
With roots in Sudan, Nada brings a unique cross-cultural perspective to ACCN. She advocates for health equity and community empowerment through both professional practice and civic engagement. Her clinical background gives ACCN practical insight into health-related programming and partnerships, while her cultural advocacy strengthens the organisation’s outreach across African and Nordic communities.
Nada is also a dedicated leader in the African Women’s Lobby (AWL), where she promotes peacebuilding, social cohesion and sustainable development in Sudan and internationally. Her combined experience in healthcare, civic leadership, and cultural advocacy makes her a valued contributor to ACCN’s mission of fostering meaningful African–Nordic collaboration.
